I am in Chicago and will contact our local media. I definitely think Ebay needs to pay, and a class action lawsuit should be filed if they refuse to do so. If they can allow sellers to list, then steal your money, they should be prepared to pay. Honestly, this whole thing could take Ebay down. Unfortunately, we will never get our money back from Alisher, the best we can hope is that he is arrested and spends time in jail. I seriously doubt when they do find him, that he'll have over 100K to pay everyone back. Good luck everyone.
